Job Title: Parts Supply Specialist - Campaign Launch & Quality Administration

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Supply Specialist to support our Campaign Launch and Quality Administration initiatives. This temporary hybrid role involves coordinating parts supply for technical service bulletins (TSBs), managing parts readiness, and ensuring seamless communication across departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Launch & Quality Administration:
Complete campaign launch forms and establish Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) populations.
Assess and determine if FFF/QQK parts should be utilized.
Coordinate ordering control strategies and ensure parts are accurately entered and priced in the system.
Collaborate with MPA to ensure timely purchase orders (POs) are placed.
TSB/Quality Parts Validation:
Represent Parts interests in TSB launch and quality early warning meetings.
Administer increasing demand alerts and attend recall meetings.
Write and review TSB sections for applicable part numbers.
Support parts information-related activities, including validating ancillary parts and their applications.
Approve parts for TSB launches
Parts Tracking & Customer Support:
Meet weekly with MPA to confirm parts readiness and prioritize backorders.
Communicate estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the field and expedite parts as needed.
Coordinate feedback to PQ, KUS, KaGa, or Kia HQ.
Collaborate with plants and MPA on recovery actions when parts demand exceeds expectations.
Manage ordering controls based on availability to maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience in service parts supply planning.
Automotive technical knowledge is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
